I’m back!
I realized while looking at my last post that, given the fact I haven’t written in so long, some of you may be under the impression that I died.
I’ll have to disappoint you. I’m back. And cancer free. I received a huge scar, but as I no longer have renal cell carcinoma I’ll take that deal. And now that I’ve returned, I’ll get back to blogging.
But until then, enjoy my post-op video from last month.
That is awesome to hear! Mind you, I didn’t know you were ill. I’ll pour a rum and coke libation for you tonight!

Wow, dude, that was interesting. Actually, I am a Urology Physician Assistant and take care of folks like you. Seeing this Post gives me a whole different spin on this — very personal, thank you.
I love your honesty. And wish you the very best (funny thing for us Atheists to say but we know what we mean !)

So you can say that God works miracles or some other idiotic religious raving?

My scar looks nowhere near as nasty any more, just so everyone knows.

It made my day

I am glad you beat cancer. When so many die from cancer, I do not understand how you believe your wellness just happened without an outside force (in my words “God” to get you through. Please explain.

There was an outside force: my surgeon.

I don’t believe in surgeons. I’m kidding. Debra’s question was poorly worded eh?

congrats on beating cancer! My mother in law has been battling kidney cancer so I know it is not as easily treatable as some of the other cancers, especially if it has spread. Glad you could keep part of your kidney!

Congrats on your cure! Found you while searching for other atheist cancer survivors – hoping there’s more of us than I thought. Still working through my own diagnosis, looking to find more of “us” via http://www.prayceboeffect.com. Thanks.
